We follow industry best practices including ISO/IEC 42001, HIPAA, and GDPR guidelines, though we are not formally certified. Specific service terms may be outlined in separate agreements.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Use our services to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• Fees are specified in your service agreement or statement of work
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI EXPERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

6.3 Cap on Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Expert, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Expert is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or unauthorized use of our services
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Expert.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
